Emergency
Unexpected complications from procedures are very rare. However, if you are a patient who has undergone treatment, suffering symptoms that are causing concern and you are unable to contact us or the hospital where the procedure was performed, call NHS 111 for advice.
If you believe that the situation constitutes an emergency (severe pain, chest pain, shortness of breath, fits/seizures, unconsciousness, or blood loss) then do not hesitate, call 999.
